Education: Bachelor’s
degree required. Major in culinary arts,
institutional, hotel or restaurant food service or dietetics required.
Licensure: N/A
Certification: ServSafe® Certified, Certified Executive Chef
preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum
of three years’ experience with cook chill production (both tumble and
blast chilling) and/or food manufacturing industry required.
- A
minimum of five years in progressive food service management.
- ServSafe
Certified or equivalent and knowledgeable of HACCP programs
- Effective
written and oral communication skills and ability to read and write in
English, and perform mathematical calculations. Demonstrated management and leadership
skills.
- Good
organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks
simultaneously.
- Ability
to tolerate stress and an environment with changing demands and multiple
conflicting requirements.
