Education: Graduation from accredited school of nursing
Licensure: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License
Certification: Current CPR certification, current ACLS certification
Experience: Three years of cardiovascular critical care experience preferred
Skills/Other: Must possess effective verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills. Technical knowledge in Cardiovascular disease. Primary and secondary prevention guidelines, behavior and lifestyle modification.
Traits: The ability to analyze, prioritize and evaluate patient needs in an efficient and effective manner.
Demonstrate the ability to assess customer needs.
Demonstrate the ability to anticipate the needs of coworkers and appropriately assist as needed.
Personal characteristics:
Creative problem solving skills with willingness to take initiative in resolving work related issues.
Energetic and enjoys working with people at all levels of the organization.
Ability to interact with physicians and develop trust and credibility with physician customers while creating a system of responsiveness to customer needs.
High level of personal ownership in future success of the Premier HeartWorks program and programs associated within the Cardiology departments.
Passion for customer service and commitment to service excellence.
